Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain leads, schedule appointments, and assess customer insurance needs to recommend appropriate products and services.
- Establish and nurture customer relationships by providing follow-up support and ongoing service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claims submissions, and billing matters.
- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed established sales targets and quotas.
- Ensure compliance with agency and industry regulations and best practices.
Requirements
- Valid Property & Casualty insurance license.
- Valid Life & Health insurance license.
- Previous experience in insurance sales is preferred.
- Proven sales experience in roles such as outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing is a plus.
- Demonstrated record of achieving sales goals and quotas is preferred.
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to effectively relate to and engage with customers.
- Bilingual skills are considered a plus.
