Key Responsibilities
- Develop accurate and competitive insurance quotes tailored to client needs and present these solutions with clarity and professionalism.
- Close sales by effectively communicating the value of our insurance and financial products, ensuring clients understand their coverage options.
- Establish and nurture long-term client relationships, following up as necessary to provide ongoing support and address changing needs.
- Network proactively with local business owners and professionals such as real estate agents, mortgage lenders, and auto dealers to expand your client base and strengthen community ties.
- Deliver responsive and friendly client support, including answering questions about coverage, policy changes, eligibility, claims, and billing.
- Maintain a strong, consistent work ethic and a commitment to achieving and exceeding daily and long-term sales goals.
- Identify and develop new financial services opportunities for both prospective and existing clients, promoting relevant products that enhance their financial security.
Required Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required).
- Life & Health license (preferred).
- 1-2 years of insurance sales experience (preferred).
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas.
- Demonstrated trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical conduct.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and active listening abilities.
- Strong ability to generate leads and secure appointments, including cold calling and networking efforts.
