Insurance Office Manager, P&C Licensed Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Insurance Office Manager, P&C Licensed, for a full-time position at a State Farm Agency in Athens, TN. Responsibilities- Oversee daily office operations to maintain a productive and client-focused environment in the Athens, TN agency location.
- Ensure the office is well-maintained, equipped, and organized to meet client needs and support the agency’s business objectives.
- Develop leads through outreach, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to recommend relevant insurance products and services.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous service by responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing matters.
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients, following up as necessary to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize customer-focused, needs-based review processes to clearly communicate insurance options and educate clients on coverage decisions.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment by leading and supporting the agency team to achieve shared goals.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail in all office and customer service activities.
- Uphold a strong work ethic and demonstrate a commitment to the agency’s success on a daily basis.
- Active Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license is required for the Insurance Office Manager, P&C Licensed role.
- Must be able to work in the Athens, TN location, as this is an in-office, full-time position.
- Life and Health insurance license is required or must be obtained within a specified timeframe.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service is required, with prior management experience preferred.
- Experience in sales is an advantage for the Insurance Office Manager, P&C Licensed position.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented approach to managing office operations and client interactions.
- Proactive problem-solving ability and a collaborative mindset for working with team members.
