Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture customer relationships by providing prompt, accurate, and friendly service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Follow up with customers as needed, addressing questions, concerns, and policy needs in a timely manner.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about a variety of insurance options, including property, casualty, life, and health products.
- Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring it is well-maintained, organized, and equipped to meet both customer needs and business objectives.
- Implement and support office policies and procedures to drive operational efficiency and compliance.
- Collaborate with agency staff to achieve sales and service goals, fostering a positive and cooperative team environment.
- Assist in marketing relevant insurance products and services to new and existing clients, supporting agency growth.
Qualifications
- Property and Casualty License (required).
- Life and Health License (must be able to obtain).
- Experience in customer service is required, with prior experience managing customer service operations preferred.
- Experience in sales is preferred.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proactive in problem-solving and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, coordinating with colleagues to achieve agency objectives.
- Proficient in Windows computer applications and capable of learning new software as needed.
- Bilingual skills are preferred but not required.
