Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships by providing timely, accurate, and friendly service to clients.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification in a professional manner.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about available insurance options and recommend suitable products and services.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and proactively market appropriate insurance products to support business growth within the agency.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic with a consistent commitment to achieving daily success and supporting overall agency objectives.
- Remain proactive in problem solving to ensure any client concerns or issues are addressed effectively and promptly.
- Prepare timely and thorough activity reports for the agent to support workflow transparency and accountability.
- Active Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license required.
- Active Life and Health insurance license preferred.
- Bilingual abilities are considered a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities.
