Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with insurance clients through consistent, value-based interactions
- Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries regarding policy availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing questions
- Educate customers about insurance products and options using a customer-focused, needs-based review process
- Follow up with clients as needed to ensure satisfaction and address additional questions
- Maintain thorough and organized records of all client interactions and activities
- Work closely with agency staff to coordinate service, support sales, and contribute to team goals
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to daily success and agency objectives
