- Comply with all State Farm and regulatory guidelines related to insurance customer service and account management.
- Assist in administrative tasks and documentation requirements as needed for the effective operation of the office.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct and customer confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in the insurance industry is preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a professional setting.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse clientele.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, showing empathy, patience, and a customer-focused attitude.
- Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license is required for this role.
- Life & Health (L&H) insurance license is considered a plus.
- Proficiency in basic office software and ability to quickly learn insurance management systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to accurately manage customer accounts and documentation.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team in a full-time capacity.
