Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships by consistently following up with clients and responding to inquiries efficiently.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, ensuring client needs are met and satisfaction is achieved.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about available insurance options and financial products.
- Maintain a professional work ethic with a commitment to achieving daily success and contributing to overall team goals.
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent, supporting seamless office operations.
- Stay up-to-date on product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and ongoing training opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Reside within commuting distance of the office, ensuring timely attendance and active participation in team activities.
- Ability to obtain the FL 2-20 and FL 4-40 insurance licenses, as required by state regulations.
- Prior experience in customer service or property/casualty insurance is preferred, but not required.
- Bilingual language skills are preferred to enhance service capabilities with a diverse client base.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (written, verbal, and listening), and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated self-motivation, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, multitask effectively, and adapt to a dynamic office setting.
- Adept at learning computer functions relevant to daily operations and maintaining accuracy in all tasks performed.
