Key Responsibilities- Establish and nurture relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and follow-up as needed.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries related to insurance coverage, eligibility, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
- Utilize a needs-based approach to review customer situations and educate them on the available insurance options, helping them make informed decisions.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and demonstrate a consistent commitment to achieving success every day.
- Generate and provide thorough activity reports to the agent, supporting ongoing business operations and improvements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including verbal, written, and listening abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- People-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to customer service excellence.
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with pride in completing work accurately and on time.
- Proficiency in learning and using computer functions relevant to the role.

- Willingness to remain up to date with changes in products, licensing, technical developments, and required continuing education.
- Property & Casualty license and Life and Health license (or willingness and ability to obtain these licenses as required by state regulations).
