Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and follow-up as needed.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries related to insurance coverage, eligibility, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
- Utilize a needs-based approach to review customer situations and educate them on the available insurance options, helping them make informed decisions.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and demonstrate a consistent commitment to achieving success every day.
- Generate and provide thorough activity reports to the agent, supporting ongoing business operations and improvements.

- Property & Casualty license and Life and Health license (or willingness and ability to obtain these licenses as required by state regulations).
