Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claims, and billing
- Educate customers about available insurance options using a needs-based review process
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient customer service at all times
- Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence in every customer interaction
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve agency goals
- Prepare and submit timely and detailed activity reports to the agent
