Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving daily and long-term success.
- Develop service opportunities with both existing and potential new clients to support agency growth.
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships, following up as needed to ensure satisfaction and address ongoing needs.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about a variety of insurance options and products.
- Engage in ongoing networking and relationship-building efforts within the community and with business partners.

Requirements
- Ability to obtain Property & Casualty license.
- Ability to obtain Life & Health license.
- 1-2 years of prior customer service or sales experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed set goals.
- Strong enthusiasm for the role of insurance and financial products in customers’ lives.
- Proven record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical conduct.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and active listening abilities.
