Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture relationships with customers, serving as a reliable point of contact for ongoing communication and support.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, policy coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based approach to review and educate clients on available insurance options tailored to their unique circumstances.
- Communicate effectively and professionally to meet customer needs, supporting business growth through positive client interactions and building lasting relationships.
- Collaborate with insurance agents and office staff to achieve mutually agreed-upon marketing and sales goals.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated dedication to providing exceptional customer service in every client interaction.
- Preferred experience in sales roles, such as inside sales representative, outside sales, retail sales associate, or telemarketing.
- Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty License as required by industry regulations.
- Ability to obtain a Life/Health License to broaden your scope of service to clients.
- Interest in marketing insurance products and services based on customer needs and preferences, with a proactive approach to achieving organizational objectives.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
