Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary
- Serve as the first point of contact for agency clients, delivering outstanding customer service and support.
- Support insurance agents and team members by managing administrative and operational tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet clients, answer incoming phone calls, respond to emails, and address client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage and coordinate schedules, book appointments, and maintain office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Prepare, process, and file insurance forms, manage client files, and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and submitted promptly.
- Enter client information into the agency management system, regularly update records, and maintain data accuracy.
- Handle billing inquiries, process payments, and follow up on overdue accounts to support financial operations.
- Act as a liaison between clients and agents, fostering clear and effective communication to resolve issues and answer questions.
- Assist in organizing marketing events, prepare promotional materials, and manage social media accounts to support the agency’s outreach efforts.
- Provide preliminary assistance to clients during the claims process, ensuring all required documentation is gathered and proper communication is maintained with claims adjusters.

Qualifications & Requirements
