- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service for all insurance-related questions, including policy availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims submissions, and billing clarification.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about available insurance options and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and present insurance quotes for personal and commercial lines, helping clients make informed coverage decisions.
- Preferred experience in sales, which may include inside sales, outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing roles.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Proficiency with a variety of computer applications, especially within Windows environments.
- Demonstrated ability to complete tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
- Strong multi-tasking abilities and effective time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated and proactive in identifying and resolving issues.
- High attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent service.
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment, collaborating effectively with colleagues.
- Skilled at assessing customer needs and conducting effective client interviews.
- Ability to build rapport and relate to a diverse range of customers.
- Current Property & Casualty insurance license required.
- Ability to obtain a Life and Health insurance license.
