Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing reliable follow-up and support as needed.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by addressing inquiries related to insurance products, policy changes, claims, billing, and coverage eligibility.
- Educate clients on available insurance options using a needs-based, customer-focused review process.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and recommend appropriate insurance and financial products.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve agency goals.
- Represent the agency in a professional manner, promoting a positive client experience and upholding high service standards.
- Must obtain Property & Casualty license within two weeks of hire.
- Must be able to obtain Life & Health license.
- Series 6 and 63 licenses are preferred but not required.
- Strong belief in the value of insurance and financial products.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
- Dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and relate positively to clients.
