Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, following up with clients as needed to ensure satisfaction and address any outstanding needs.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about available insurance options, helping them make informed decisions.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and demonstrate commitment to achieving daily success and supporting team goals.
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the supervising insurance agent, ensuring transparent and effective communication.
- Stay current on product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education to provide the most up-to-date service possible.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to obtain a Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License within 60 days of hire.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and listening skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and proactive in problem-solving, with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn new software functions.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating pride in achieving accurate and timely results.
- Bilingual skills in Spanish, Chinese, or Russian are preferred but not required.
