Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Full-time Position OverviewThe Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a vital role in supporting the operations of an independent State Farm Agent's office. This full-time position is designed for individuals who hold an active Property and Casualty license and are committed to delivering outstanding service to insurance customers. Key Responsibilities- Establish and nurture customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries regarding insurance options, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing questions.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about available insurance products and services.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving individual and team success daily.
- Keep accurate records and provide thorough activity reports to the agent on a regular basis.
- Adapt to changing product offerings and stay current on licensing, technical advancements, and continuing education requirements.
- Active Property & Casualty license required (or ability to obtain).
- Life and Health license preferred (or ability to obtain).
