We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Licensed Insurance Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Palm Beach Garden, FL. As a Licensed Insurance Account Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers’ insurance needs, ensuring their satisfaction, and contributing to the agency’s ongoing achievements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and cultivate leads, schedule appointments, assess customer needs, and market suitable insurance products and services in Palm Beach Garden, FL.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing consistent follow-up and support as necessary.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service to ensure a positive client experience and foster long-term loyalty.
- Assist customers in understanding policy options, coverage details, and processes related to claims, renewals, and policy changes.
- Collaborate with team members and agency leadership to achieve sales goals and maintain high service standards.
Qualifications
- Must possess or be able to obtain a State of Florida 4-40 Customer Service Representative license, 2-20 General Lines, or 20-44 Personal Lines license.
- Must have or obtain a State of Florida 2-15 Life/Health/Variable Annuity license within 6-12 months of hire.
- Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong listening abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize responsibilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to a diverse range of customers.
