Responsibilities- Provide accurate insurance quotes, pricing details, and other essential information to prospective and current clients, ensuring a high standard of customer service at all times.
- Maintain compliance with all company guidelines and procedures when preparing and presenting insurance quotes to clients.
- Consistently work towards meeting new business sales goals by following up with existing leads, generating new leads, and marketing appropriate insurance products to a diverse client base.
- Engage in one-on-one training sessions covering sales strategies, client relationship management, insurance regulations, and effective marketing techniques to maximize your professional growth.
- Collaborate with experienced agents and team members to develop and implement best practices for client acquisition and retention.
- Ability to obtain, or current possession of, a Property & Casualty insurance license and a Life & Health insurance license. Study materials and support will be provided for candidates who do not yet hold these licenses.
