Responsibilities- Provide accurate insurance quotes, pricing, and product information to both prospective and existing clients, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the process.
- Adhere strictly to all company and industry guidelines, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Consistently work towards meeting or exceeding new business sales goals by utilizing existing leads, generating new leads, and effectively marketing insurance products.
- Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and improve sales techniques.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and maintaining positive, professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to obtain or current possession of a Property & Casualty license and a Life & Health License. Study materials are provided for unlicensed candidates.
- Demonstrated traits of being outgoing, confident, and assertive, with a proactive approach to learning and professional development.
- Strong team player with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges in a collaborative environment.
