Responsibilities- Participate in structured mentorship and training sessions to gain in-depth knowledge of the insurance industry, including Property & Casualty and Life, Health, & Annuities lines.
- Engage in both virtual and in-person training activities to develop your business acumen and sales techniques.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and personalized insurance solutions.
- Develop networking skills to expand your client base and promote agency growth.
- Leverage digital tools and maintain a professional virtual presence to connect with prospective and current clients.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills during client interactions, team meetings, and community events.
- Achieve performance goals set in collaboration with your mentor and district office leadership.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to clients.
- Business savvy with a strong motivation to succeed in a performance-driven environment.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and team members effectively.

- Willingness to obtain General Lines Property & Casualty and General Lines Life, Health, & Annuities Insurance licensing if not already licensed.
- No bankruptcies or felony criminal record.
