Key Responsibilities- Offer accurate insurance quotes and pricing information to prospective and existing clients, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the process.
- Adhere to all organizational and industry compliance guidelines, particularly those specified by company procedures and relevant regulatory bodies.
- Consistently meet or exceed new business sales goals by leveraging existing leads, cultivating new prospects, and effectively marketing a range of insurance products.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, industry regulations, and effective sales techniques.
- Deliver high-quality customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and addressing their insurance needs efficiently.
- Utilize marketing and networking strategies to expand your client base and increase product awareness within the target market.
- Ability to obtain or currently hold a valid Property & Casualty license and a Life & Health license (study materials and guidance will be provided for those not yet licensed).
- Demonstrated outgoing, confident, and assertive personality, with a strong desire to succeed in a sales-oriented environment.
- Ability to quickly learn new concepts and collaborate effectively as part of a team.

- Successful completion of required credit and background checks as part of the hiring process.
