Insurance Agent (P&C Licensed) – Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Initiate and engage in value-based conversations with prospective and existing clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate policies
- Promote and market a range of State Farm insurance products, including Auto, Home, Renters, Business, and more
- Participate in community marketing efforts, outreach events, and digital/social media campaigns to expand the agency's client base
- Generate and follow up on leads from various sources, such as referrals, local events, and online marketing initiatives
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by delivering excellent customer service and timely follow-up
- Support agency sales and service goals through proactive client engagement and diligent record-keeping using State Farm systems
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall office objectives

- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required
