This is a full-time on-site role for an insurance customer service representee at State Farm in Henderson, NV. The CSR will be responsible for servicing customers insurance accounts and delivering exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis. Looking for someone who can service customers' needs with a guaranteed base salary. Sales are not required; however, bonuses are paid based upon adding insurance to existing customers accounts.
Qualifications
- Experience in insurance industry a plus
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- P & C licensing required
- L & H licensing a plus
