Insurance Agent - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Obtain and maintain required Property & Casualty License and Life & Health License.
- Meet and exceed new business production goals and objectives as set by Farm Bureau Financial Services.
- Generate new business through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Set appointments with prospective and existing clients to assess their financial and insurance needs.
- Develop customized insurance proposals and deliver effective sales presentations.
- Close sales by building trust and demonstrating the value of insurance solutions.
- Maintain a "Project 150" list to initiate contact with family, friends, and acquaintances to build a strong client base.
- Advocate for clients by identifying risks and providing solutions that safeguard their futures.
- Document all client interactions and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Continuously pursue professional development and stay informed about new products and industry trends.

- SIE certification is a plus.
