As an Insurance Agency Owner, you will oversee all aspects of your business, including sales, customer service, marketing, team leadership, and business development. Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage all daily operations of the insurance agency, including sales, customer service, marketing initiatives, and staff development.
- Develop new business opportunities by identifying prospective clients and building strong relationships within the local community.
- Recruit, select, and mentor agency staff to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Implement strategies to achieve agency sales targets and deliver superior service to clients.
- Develop and execute marketing plans to drive brand awareness and attract new customers.
- Manage the agency's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and business planning for long-term success.
- Ensure compliance with all insurance regulations and company policies.
- Demonstrated success in driving business results, preferably in sales, business development, or customer service roles.

- Excellent leadership skills with experience in selecting and managing a team.

- Financial capability to invest in starting and growing the agency.
- Ability to obtain state-required Property, Casualty, Life, and Health insurance licenses.
