- Present and market a range of insurance products and services, including property & casualty as well as life and health insurance, tailored to individual customer needs.
- Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with customers, ensuring consistent follow-up and support to address evolving needs.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries regarding insurance coverage, policy changes, eligibility, claims processing, billing, and other policy-related matters.

- Support agency growth initiatives by contributing to sales goals and participating in team-based strategies.
- Active Property & Casualty license is required for this Insurance Agent position.
- Active Life and Health license is required.
- Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is preferred but not mandatory.
- Previous sales experience (such as inside sales, outside sales, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) is preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals or quotas is preferred.
