Key Responsibilities- Develop individualized insurance and financial plans by thoroughly assessing clients’ needs and future goals.
- Educate clients on a wide range of State Farm products, including home, auto, and life insurance, as well as annuities, disability income insurance, and investment products.
- Assist clients with complex financial topics such as retirement planning, saving for education, wealth management, and estate planning strategies.
- Utilize digital marketing and customer relationship management (CRM) tools to attract and retain clients, ensuring a high level of customer service and long-term client relationships.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain industry knowledge, achieve professional designations, and stay informed about regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Work collaboratively with peers, mentors, and support teams to continuously improve skills and deliver optimal client outcomes.
- Engage in sales activities, including prospecting, networking, and following up with leads, to build a robust client base.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow compliance guidelines as required by industry standards and company policies.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to assess individual client financial needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Self-motivated with a high degree of professionalism and integrity.
- Willingness to pursue and obtain required state insurance licenses and, where applicable, securities licenses (such as FINRA Series 6, 63).
- Comfort with digital tools, CRM platforms, and online marketing techniques.
