Duties & Responsibilities
- Obtain and maintain required state insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life, and Health).
- Meet or exceed new business production goals and objectives.
- Generate new business through telephone outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Set appointments with clients to assess their financial services needs.
- Develop and present tailored insurance proposals to prospective clients.
- Effectively deliver sales presentations and close sales opportunities.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and successfully pass a background check.
- Leverage your personal and professional network to launch your business.
- Document and follow up on all client interactions in a timely manner.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain required insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life, and Health).
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
