Duties & Responsibilities
- Obtain and maintain necessary insurance licenses, including Property & Casualty and Life & Health.
- Achieve new business production goals and objectives as set by Farm Bureau Financial Services.
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities through phone outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Set appointments with potential clients to assess and identify their insurance and financial needs.
- Develop tailored insurance proposals and deliver compelling sales presentations.
- Close sales and ensure a high standard of client service and satisfaction.
- Maintain a list of contacts, such as family, friends, and acquaintances, to help launch your business.
- Demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills in all client and team interactions.

- Ability to obtain Property & Casualty, Life & Health insurance licenses as required by state regulations.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable background check results.
