Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base as a full-time Insurance Agent.
- Provide tailored insurance solutions to clients, including property, casualty, life, and health insurance products.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, responding promptly to policyholder inquiries and addressing their insurance needs.
- Market insurance products and services to prospective clients using a variety of channels, such as networking, community events, and digital marketing.
- Build and maintain a strong local presence by engaging in community activities and fostering relationships with clients and business partners.
- Lead, recruit, and develop a team to support agency operations and ensure business growth.
- Oversee business operations, including compliance with industry regulations, maintaining accurate records, and managing financial requirements.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated drive and ability to operate and grow an independent business.

- Financial capability to launch and sustain business operations.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a background check.
- Obtain and maintain state-required licenses for Property, Casualty, Life, and Health insurance.
