Responsibilities
- Generate leads and schedule appointments with potential clients to present insurance products and services.
- Assess customer needs through in-depth conversations and recommend appropriate insurance solutions, including property & casualty, life, and health products.
- Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships through consistent follow-up and exceptional service.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service to both new and existing clients.
- Utilize a consultative, needs-based selling approach to educate clients about available insurance options and benefits.
- Help clients understand and select the insurance coverage that best fits their personal or business needs.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Meet or exceed established sales targets and quotas as outlined by agency leadership.
Qualifications
- Prior sales experience is preferred, including positions such as inside sales representative, outside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing representative.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals or quotas is beneficial.
- Strong interest in marketing and selling products and services based on individual customer needs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.
- Knowledge of financial services products and insurance industry best practices is a plus.
- Familiarity with life insurance and property & casualty insurance products is preferred.
- Ability to obtain Property & Casualty insurance license as required.
- Ability to obtain Life/Health insurance license as required.
