Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads by networking, referrals, and utilizing marketing strategies to attract potential clients seeking insurance products.
- Schedule appointments with prospective and existing clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate products and services, ensuring they are well-informed about their options.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients by providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, and by following up regularly to address any questions or changes in coverage requirements.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients on a variety of insurance solutions, including life, health, property, and casualty coverage.
- Meet or exceed established sales goals and quotas through effective client engagement and product recommendations, while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and ethical conduct.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices, support agency growth, and ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.
- Previous sales experience is preferred, including backgrounds as an inside sales representative, outside sales representative, retail sales associate, or in telemarketing roles.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve or surpass sales goals and quotas is highly valued.
- Genuine interest in marketing a variety of insurance and financial service products based on an assessment of customer needs.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent multitasking abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple client accounts and responsibilities simultaneously.
- Solid understanding of financial services and insurance products, particularly those related to life and property & casualty coverage.
- Must be able to obtain a Property & Casualty license.
- Must be able to obtain a Life/Health insurance license.
