Qualifications
- Successful completion of a thorough background check, encompassing criminal history, regulatory compliance, and financial responsibility.
- Active licensure in property, casualty, life, and health insurance, or the ability to obtain these licenses as required for the Insurance Agent role.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve target cumulative new business premium goals within the specified time frame following appointment as an Insurance Agent.
- Completion of all required training modules and programs designed to equip agents with the necessary knowledge and skills for success.
- Effective communication skills for engaging in a panel interview with company representatives, demonstrating professionalism and readiness for the Insurance Agent position.
