- Assess clients’ needs and recommend suitable life insurance, annuities, long term care insurance, disability income insurance, and investment products.
- Educate clients on complex financial topics, including retirement planning, college savings, and estate planning strategies.
- Utilize digital sales and marketing tools to prospect, attract, and retain clients through web, social media, and email content.
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship programs to develop industry knowledge and achieve professional designations.
- Work collaboratively with peer agents, mentors, and company experts to continuously improve sales strategies and client solutions.
- Stay current with industry regulations and compliance standards, ensuring ethical and transparent business practices.
- Specialize in different areas such as wealth management, advisory services, or business solutions as your career progresses.
- Demonstrated strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
