Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive insurance solutions to clients, including life insurance, annuities, long-term care insurance, disability income insurance, and select investment products through NYLIFE Securities LLC (member FINRA/SIPC).
- Assess the needs of individuals, families, and small business clients to recommend tailored products and services that help them achieve their financial goals.
- Educate clients about available insurance options and help them navigate complex financial decisions such as retirement planning and college savings.
- Utilize New York Life's digital sales, prospecting, and marketing tools to reach new clients and support ongoing relationships with existing clients.
- Participate in ongoing professional training and development programs, including obtaining industry professional designations.
- Collaborate with experienced team members and participate in peer-to-peer support programs such as study groups and mentorship opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and effective client service.
- Develop expertise in specialized areas, such as financial advising, wealth management, estate planning strategies, and business solutions, based on client needs and career progression.
