Key Responsibilities- Develop leads and schedule appointments with prospective and existing clients to assess their insurance needs and present suitable products and services.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing ongoing support, follow-ups, and addressing questions or concerns regarding insurance coverage.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing matters.
- Utilize a needs-based approach to educate clients on various insurance options, ensuring they are well-informed to make the best decisions for their situation.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success and professionalism in every interaction.
- Preferred sales experience in fields such as outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
- Preferred track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals or quotas.
- Genuine interest in marketing insurance and financial services products based on client needs.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
- Strong multi-tasking skills to manage multiple client accounts and responsibilities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of financial services and life insurance products is highly valued.
- Must be able to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license.
- Must be able to obtain a Life/Health insurance license.
