Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Engage in networking activities and leverage digital platforms to build a client base.
- Consult with clients to assess risk and recommend appropriate insurance coverage options in property, casualty, life, accident, and health insurance.
- Educate clients on policy options and help them make informed decisions about their insurance portfolios.
- Meet and exceed established sales targets through proactive prospecting and effective client management.
- Participate in regular training sessions and mentorship meetings to continuously build industry knowledge and sales skills.
- Stay up-to-date on insurance products, regulations, and market trends to ensure compliance and optimal client service.
- Utilize a virtual presence and digital tools to serve clients efficiently and maintain high levels of responsiveness.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or management is highly preferred.
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated business acumen, entrepreneurial mindset, and a strong drive for achievement.
- Commitment to building a professional network and becoming an active participant in the community.
- Willingness to obtain or currently hold Property, Casualty, Life, Accident, and Health insurance licenses as required by state regulations.
