Insurance Agent Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Insurance Agent to join our team. This full-time opportunity offers individuals the chance to build and manage their own insurance agency, backed by the support and resources of an established brand. Responsibilities- Develop and cultivate new business leads while efficiently working existing leads to expand your client base.
- Schedule appointments with prospective clients to identify their insurance needs and match them with appropriate products and solutions.
- Provide exceptional service by establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, following up promptly to address questions and concerns.
- Market a range of insurance products, including property, casualty, life, and health insurance policies, to meet diverse customer needs.
- Demonstrate leadership by inspiring and guiding agency staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive agency growth and achieve business objectives.
- Ability to obtain or currently possess a valid Property & Casualty insurance license as well as a Life & Health insurance license. Study materials and support are provided for candidates who do not currently hold both licenses.
- Proven leadership competencies, including the abilities to delegate tasks, engage team members, and inspire others to achieve shared goals.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and commitment to personal and professional growth.
- Solid understanding of sales and marketing principles, with an aptitude for building and maintaining client relationships.
- Must successfully pass a credit and background check as part of the hiring process.
