Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and office support to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
- Answer and route incoming telephone calls in a professional manner, maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Welcome and assist visitors in the office, ensuring a friendly and helpful experience for each client.
- Utilize in-house systems to manage and update policyholder information, including contact details and account status.
- Handle billing inquiries, process payments efficiently, and follow up on overdue accounts as necessary.
- Communicate clearly and professionally as a liaison between clients and insurance agents, ensuring all parties stay informed and requests are addressed promptly.
- Prepare, print, fax, and email proof of insurance documents to customers as required.
Qualifications
- Must be able to obtain a Florida 4-40 Resident Customer Representative license prior to or immediately upon employment.
- Previous experience with State Farm or in an insurance agency setting is preferred but not required.
- Must pass a background check and maintain a clean criminal record.
- Demonstrated dependability and a strong track record of providing excellent customer service.
- Quick learner with strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and listening communication abilities.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace is required.
