Key Responsibilities
- Develop new leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer insurance needs by engaging in consultative conversations and presenting appropriate product solutions.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing ongoing support and follow-up as needed to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing questions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals and contribute to a positive, high-performing work environment.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, policy updates, and sales activities in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty license (required).
- Active Life and Health license (required).
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred.
- Previous sales experience in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and quotas is a plus.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient multitasking and organizational abilities.
- A customer-focused approach and the ability to relate effectively to a diverse client base.
