Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain leads in order to grow the client base for a variety of insurance products and services.
- Schedule appointments and conduct thorough needs assessments to identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Establish and nurture long-term customer relationships, ensuring regular follow-up and addressing client questions or concerns as needed.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service by responding to inquiries regarding insurance product availability, eligibility, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing matters.
- Support the agency’s growth objectives through proactive outreach and engagement with both prospective and existing clients.

Requirements and Preferred Qualifications
- Insurance experience and Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) licenses are preferred, though not required at the time of application. Candidates must be willing and able to obtain these licenses if hired.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and listening communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
- Strong self-motivation, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Effective multitasking skills, managing multiple client requests and administrative tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to build rapport and relate to customers with professionalism and empathy.
