Insurance Account Manager - Summary
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding their insurance needs

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, providing follow-up as needed
- Develop new service and sales opportunities with both existing and prospective clients
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries about insurance products, policy changes, claims, and billing
- Utilize a needs-based review process to recommend and educate clients on suitable insurance options
