Insurance Account Manager - Summary
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, representing the agency’s commitment to high-quality service
- Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships through regular communication and attentive support
- Promote the agency’s full range of insurance products, including property, casualty, life, and health insurance
- Support agency operations by collaborating with team members to achieve marketing and sales objectives
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage leads to build a robust sales pipeline for the agency
- Schedule appointments with prospective and existing clients to discuss their insurance needs
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services
- Work with the agent and agency team to establish and achieve marketing and sales goals
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic with a daily commitment to success and customer satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow up on inquiries to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Assist with policy renewals, customer service requests, and claims processing as needed
- Ensure compliance with all licensing requirements and continuing education as mandated by industry regulations

Qualifications & Requirements
- Prior experience in sales, such as outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing, is preferred
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals or quotas is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to relate effectively to clients
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license
- Active Life and Health insurance license
- Ability to complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs successfully
