Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop leads and schedule appointments to expand the client base
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships
- Follow up with clients as needed to ensure satisfaction and address inquiries
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Maintain thorough knowledge of insurance policies and procedures
- Collaborate with agency team members to achieve sales and service goals

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English required
- Insurance sales experience, Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) licenses preferred (must be able to obtain if not already licensed)
- Sales experience in any capacity (inside, outside, retail, or telemarketing) is preferred
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals/quotas is a plus
