Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads by proactively reaching out to prospective customers, scheduling appointments, and identifying unique customer needs.
- Market a diverse range of insurance products and services to meet customer requirements, ensuring a value-based approach to every conversation.
- Establish and nurture long-term customer relationships, providing consistent follow-up and support as needed to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries about insurance product availability, eligibility, policy coverages, changes, transfers, claims, and billing matters.
- Assist clients with the insurance application process and provide support throughout the lifecycle of their policies.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in insurance sales, including Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) licenses, is preferred but not required. Candidates must be able to obtain relevant licenses.
- Background in sales, whether inside sales, outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing, is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals or quotas is an asset.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills are required to effectively engage with clients and team members.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to and understand customer needs.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly valued and will enhance the ability to serve a diverse client base.
