Industrial Maintenance Technician - Summary- Support ongoing mechanical maintenance and repairs for plant machinery and processing equipment.

- Participate in preventative maintenance (PM) programs and accurately log completed work orders to maintain equipment history.
- Perform routine plant plumbing, pipefitting, and minor pump repairs to minimize operational downtime.
- Collaborate with preventative maintenance crews and shift operations teams for efficient repair scheduling.
- Maintain all maintenance shops, work areas, and tools in a clean, organized, and secure condition.
- Assist in moving parts and equipment safely throughout the facility, adhering closely to all safety protocols.

- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in industrial, chemical, plant, or refinery equipment maintenance.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documentation, including blueprints, isometrics, schematics, and P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams).
- Valid National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) certificate or equivalent training is highly preferred.
- Annual Confined Space Training is required as part of ongoing employment.
- Basic familiarity with OSHA requirements for chemical production, with a commitment to learning and following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Comfortable using MS Word, MS Excel, and other digital timekeeping and training systems.
- Ability to pass online computer-based training modules as required.
- Demonstrates a proactive approach to workplace safety and equipment reliability.

- Additional PPE such as grinding face shields, earplugs, respirators, and SCBA may be required for specific tasks or emergencies.
- Physical demands include standing for long periods, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, lifting up to 50 pounds, and assisting with confined-space entries.
