Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and web callbacks from individuals seeking information and enrollment assistance for Medicare Advantage, Supplement, or Part D plans.
- Utilize a comprehensive quote-and-enroll platform to guide clients through plan choices, helping them make informed, personalized decisions that meet their healthcare needs.
- Submit electronic applications in full compliance with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations and maintain detailed records within the CRM system.
- Conduct timely follow-ups on pending applications to ensure completion and maximize client satisfaction and policy renewals.
- Demonstrate a commitment to compliance and ethical sales practices in every client interaction.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in phone-based sales, call center operations, or customer service roles, preferably in the insurance or healthcare industry.
- Ability to efficiently navigate multiple web-based tools and platforms while engaging with clients.
- Strong self-motivation and the drive to set, pursue, and achieve personal and team sales goals.
- Authorization to work as a 1099 contractor within the United States.
