Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls and web callbacks from Medicare-eligible clients, providing expert guidance and support throughout their Medicare journey.
- Identify and recommend the most suitable Medicare Advantage, Supplement, or Part D plans tailored to each client’s individual needs using an advanced quote-and-enroll platform.
- Ensure all electronic applications (e-apps) are submitted in full compliance with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) requirements, documenting all interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Conduct timely follow-ups on pending business to maximize placement rates and secure renewal opportunities.
- Engage in ongoing mentorship opportunities by supporting and guiding new agents, contributing to team success and personal advancement.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in phone-based sales, call center, or customer service roles is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in navigating multiple web-based tools while engaging with clients over the phone.
- Strong self-motivation, with a proven ability to set and exceed personal performance goals.
- Authorization to work in the United States as an independent contractor (1099).
