Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound calls and web callbacks from Medicare-eligible clients seeking guidance on their health plan options.
- Educate and advise clients on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Part D plans using our advanced quote-and-enroll platform.
- Ensure all applications are submitted in full compliance with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations and maintain accurate client records in the CRM.
- Conduct timely follow-ups on pending business to maximize placement rates and support policy renewals.
- Mentor new representatives and support team growth when production targets are achieved, contributing to a culture of advancement and professional development.
Qualifications
- Experience in phone-based sales, call center operations, or customer service is highly valued.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, including navigating multiple web-based tools while maintaining high-quality client conversations.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of setting and surpassing personal performance targets.
- Eligibility to work in the United States as an independent contractor (1099 status).

Schedule & Remote Work
- Core working hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm in your time zone, with optional evening and Saturday shifts to increase lead flow and earning potential.
