Medicare Sales Agent (Remote, Full-time)
Our national brokerage is seeking a motivated Medicare Sales Agent to join our team on a remote, full-time basis. As a Medicare Sales Agent, you will play a vital role in helping seniors navigate their Medicare options, including Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Part D plans. This opportunity allows you to work from the comfort of your own home, serving clients primarily through inbound calls and web-based callbacks. Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and web callbacks from Medicare-eligible clients, providing expert guidance on available plan options.
- Utilize a quote-and-enroll platform to match clients with the most suitable Medicare Advantage, Supplement, or Part D plans, ensuring compliance with CMS regulations at every step.
- Submit electronic applications accurately and log all client interactions and notes in the company's CRM system.
- Follow up with clients on pending business to maximize policy placement, renewals, and client satisfaction.
- Stay up to date with industry compliance standards and participate in ongoing training and development provided by the company.
- As you gain experience, mentor new agents and support their onboarding and development processes.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments is highly preferred.
- Ability to navigate multiple web-based tools and platforms while speaking with clients over the phone.
- Strong self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset, with a passion for helping clients find the best insurance solutions for their needs.
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for clients.
- Must be a U.S. resident and authorized to work as a 1099 contractor.

Work Schedule
- Core hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. in your local time zone. Additional evening and Saturday hours are available for increased lead flow and earnings potential.
- This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States with a reliable internet connection, laptop, and headset.
